Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in a hybrid setup, with options to work from Kraków or Katowice. The role involves end-to-end IT recruitment, close collaboration with Hiring Managers, and proactive sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn and Boolean/X-Ray techniques.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT recruitment experience, excellent English, and a collaborative mindset to support global projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT recruitment experience.
• Hands-on headhunting experience and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Polish IT market and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruitment cycles for technical roles.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Staffing teams.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray, and networking.
• Maintain data accuracy in ATS and report recruitment funnel progress.
