Job summary

Jobtailor in Warsaw is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment across corporate and professional roles. You will proactively source, engage, and manage candidates through interview, offer and onboarding, while coordinating with hiring managers and external partners.

You will handle 5–7 live vacancies, collaborate across functions, including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales, and contribute to AI-driven Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, with a track record of independently delivering multiple hires.
• Strong direct sourcing capability and knowledge of the Polish talent market.
• Experience recruiting permanent employees across corporate and professional functions.
• Experience within consulting, professional services, technology services or a complex corporate/international environment would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple vacancies, priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable using modern recruitment technology and curious about AI and emerging tools.
• Proactive and collaborative, with an appetite to contribute beyond day-to-day recruitment.
• Fluent Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across People & Culture/HR, Operations, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Recruitment/Sourcing and Leadership functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent and build networks and pipelines.
• Manage candidates from initial engagement and interview through offer and onboarding.
• Manage external recruitment partners and coordinate agency-led hiring.
• Collaborate internationally and support hiring across the wider emagine Group.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and continuous improvement involving AI, recruitment technology, EVP, talent mapping and new ways of working.
