Job summary

Solid seeks a recruitment specialist to independently run IT hiring end-to-end in a remote/hybrid setup, with a coworking space in the center of Wrocław and core hours 10:00-15:00.

You will source, post ads, manage referrals, screen candidates, coordinate technical interviews, extend offers and support onboarding, collaborating with the People Team and Hiring Managers. You will also participate in weekly and daily recruitment meetings and use Traffit ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience independently running IT recruitment – end-to-end processes.
• Good knowledge of the IT industry – technologies, tools, positions, and roles in IT projects.
• English good enough to communicate freely and verify candidates' language skills.
• Autonomy and good organization – prioritizing tasks and goals without micromanagement.
• Taking initiative and focusing on solutions, not problems.

Responsibilities

• Independently running the entire recruitment process from sourcing to closing contracts.

Job description

• Independently running the entire recruitment process end-to-end – from sourcing candidates (sourcing, job ads, referral program), through screening and coordinating technical interviews, to extending offers and closing contracts
• Actively reaching out to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite and other channels
• Recruiting for developer positions (.NET, Angular, React, iOS, Android), as well as QA, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and UX/UI Designers
• Building relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive Candidate Experience – from first contact through onboarding
• Supporting the onboarding of new team members
• Working closely with the People Team and Hiring Managers
• Participating in Recruitment Weekly (Mondays) and Recruitment Daily (Wednesday & Friday) with Line and Delivery Managers
• Using Traffit (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
• Working remotely or hybrid – coworking space in the center of Wrocław, with core hours 10:00-15:00
