You will collaborate across Roche units to ensure disciplined execution, leverage Lean Six Sigma and ITIL practices, and deliver measurable outcomes for healthcare technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Delivery management of medium-to-large IT initiatives in heavy infrastructure or enterprise engineering.
• Experience turning strategic requirements into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on process improvement using structured frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and control scope for medium-to-large initiatives in heavy infrastructure and engineering environments.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement Lean Six Sigma inspired improvements.
• Embed IT governance, ITIL, and Open Group IT4IT standards across programs.
• Ensure data integrity and transparent status reporting in PM tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable high-quality delivery.
