You will bridge high-level data strategy with technical execution, coordinating governance, backlogs, and cross‑stream dependencies in a hybrid workplace with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex tech programs across multiple delivery roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and sprint plans.
• Strong data governance, PBAC/MDM knowledge and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define, manage and control scope of medium to large initiatives aligning delivery with business goals.
• Plan and execute Global Data Strategy workpackages with cross-stream dependencies.
• Identify and mitigate scope risks to enable smooth technical changes.
• Provide PMO governance and roadmap tracking for core engineering deliverables.
• Lead data policies, content strategies and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate workstreams focused on Metadata and Master Data Management.
