Job summary

Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Sourcing Excellence Partner for RDT Data & AI to bridge strategy and execution in IT operations. You will drive service transition, vendor governance, and KPI/SLO frameworks while advancing AIOps and automation to reduce costs and improve outcomes.

Ideal candidates will bring a university degree and extensive experience with MSPs, Lean improvement, and collaboration with Finance/Procurement in global contracts, within a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

University degree and years of professional IT operations, vendor governance or related field.
Proven MSP management and contract optimization experience.
Lean/continuous improvement mindset to minimize manual toil.
Collaboration with Procurement and Finance on global IT contracts.
Strong knowledge of SRE, automation, and monitoring for data platforms and cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead service transition and vendor optimization initiatives for MSPs.
Define and monitor KPIs and SLIs/SLOs for services.
Drive AIOps adoption, automation, and self-healing capabilities.
Identify opportunities to reduce effort, external workforce needs, and costs.
Establish governance and operating models for managed services.
Partner with vendors to improve outcomes and align contracts to business results.
Analyze trends and bottlenecks to prioritize improvements.
Promote continuous improvement across platform operations.
