Responsibilities

• Define, manage, and control the scope of medium‑to‑large IT initiatives in heavy infrastructure or enterprise engineering environments.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and improvement plans using Lean Six Sigma.
• Embed ITIL and IT4IT governance for process health, compliance and AI augmentation.
• Ensure data integrity in PM tooling and report status with transparency.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, regulatory rigor and compliance.
