Job summary

Roche is seeking a Lead IT Expert for the RDT ERP Roche Digital Technology team. This role blends high-level architecture with end-to-end service delivery in a multi-product ERP landscape, owning performance, stability and lifecycle management.

You will bridge strategic roadmaps with day-to-day IT operations, ensuring architectures are scalable and reliable, while guiding cross-functional teams and vendors toward value realization. Hybrid work model with two office days per week at Roche.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex, multi-product environments.
• Leadership in architecture reviews, technology piloting, and debt reduction.
• Experience with IT service delivery, incident/change/launch governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural design across ERP product lifecycle and manage NFRs and ADRs.
• Lead end-to-end service governance, SLAs, OLAs, and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate vendor relations and ensure on-time, quality delivery.
