Job summary

Roche is seeking a Technical Lead for the RDT Diagnostics DIA R&D PPM ecosystem. You will architect and lead the PPM stack, bridging business needs with technology to prioritize innovations and speed to market.

You will drive Planisware configuration, oversee custom solutions, ensure data integrity, and align technical vision across financial planning, resource management, and stage-gate execution.

Qualifications

5+ years configuring PPM solutions with Planisware focus.
7+ years in Solution Design for PPM/PLM systems.
Familiarity with GxP and CSV (Computer System Validation) is a major plus.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical consultant for RDT DIA R&D PPM to optimize workflows through automation and data-driven insights.
Lead Planisware configuration implementation, translating core business requirements into configurations.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure cloud-based architectures (SaaS/PaaS).
Oversee design and implementation of custom solutions like RDT DIA PPM Portal, ROMA, DP360.
Oversee evolution of the PPM toolset to remain fit-for-purpose.
Ensure data governance and a single source of truth for executive decisions.
Define the end-to-end technical vision for the RDT DIA R&D PPM landscape.
