Job summary

Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is seeking a Lead IT Expert for the ERP domain. This role blends high‑level technical architecture with operational service management in a hybrid setting, driving end‑to‑end delivery for the multi‑product RDT ERP landscape.

You will define data models, ADRs, and roadmaps while ensuring stability, vendor performance, and alignment with strategic IT roadmaps. A strong background in ITSM and regulated pharma environments is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with data modeling, integration pathways, and NFR management.
• Leadership in architecture reviews and technical debt reduction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end service governance with SLAs, OLAs and KPIs.
• Lead architecture roadmaps, vendor assessments and tech diligence.
• Coordinate ITSM processes with change management and deployments.
• Mentor architects and service managers across delivery teams.
