Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IT teams in large hotels or similar environments.

• Experience with cross-site collaboration and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implement initiatives across multiple properties.
• Monitor performance of LAN and network servers and manage upgrades.
• Resolve technical challenges for end users and provide training.
• Ensure HTN standards and certification compliance.
• Lead major system projects like workstation/server refreshes, Wi-Fi, PBX, and POS installations.
• Support hotel operations and minimize downtime.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor IT team members.
