Job summary

IS-Wireless seeks a senior technical leader to take end-to-end ownership of corporate IT and cybersecurity in a hybrid role based in Piaseczno near Warsaw. You will define target architecture, set priorities and build a risk-based roadmap spanning infrastructure, networks, IAM and security operations.

You will decide what to build internally and how IT and security support growth, working with management, engineers and auditors. This is a hands-on, strategic leadership position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, networking or cybersecurity.
• Owns architecture, priorities and technical decisions.
• English proficiency for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive corporate IT and cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
• Strengthen networks, internal infra, segmentation, identity and access.
• Ensure reliable IT operations: onboarding, provisioning, patching, monitoring and backup.
• Build security processes: vulnerability management, incident response, recovery and governance.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, audits and risk assessments.
• Set measurable KPIs and report risks and progress to management.
