Sii Poland in Poznań is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support key business processes and system improvement initiatives. You will gather and refine requirements for Technical Services, SMAX, SFDC, and SAP, and lead testing and deployment activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, driving process improvements, and ensuring solutions align with objectives. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role in business systems and process improvement projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceMAX (SMAX), Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate business needs into functional requirements and system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend effective solutions.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams across business and IT organizations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including conducting workshops and requirements sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, analyzing, defining and refining business requirements for Technical Services initiatives, with a strong focus on ServiceMAX (SMAX).
• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into system and process solutions.
• Investigating and supporting resolution of ServiceMAX-related issues.
• Identifying and driving process improvement opportunities across ServiceMAX, Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
• Supporting solution design, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Leading the definition and implementation of the Services Opportunity process within SMAX/SFDC to improve service sales opportunity tracking and management.
• Creating and maintaining business process documentation, user stories, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Facilitating workshops and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring solutions align with business objectives and support operational efficiency within the Technical Services organization.
• Providing ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement of Technical Services processes and systems.
