Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst in Warsaw to support key business processes and system improvements. You will define and refine business requirements, analyze and resolve SMAX issues, and drive process improvements across SMAX, SFDC, and SAP.

You will work with Technical Services, IT, and business stakeholders to implement the Services Opportunity process and support testing and deployments. You will lead workshops, develop user stories, and create functional specs while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or IT BA in business systems and process improvement.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceMAX (SMAX), Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
• Ability to translate complex business processes into functional requirements and system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, define and refine business requirements for Technical Services initiatives, focusing on SMAX.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into system and process solutions.
• Investigate and support resolution of SMAX-related issues.
• Identify and drive process improvements across SMAX, SFDC, and SAP.
• Support solution design, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Lead the definition and implementation of the Services Opportunity process within SMAX/SFDC.
• Create and maintain business process documentation, user stories, functional specs, and test scenarios.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement.
