Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support key business processes and system improvements. You will define and refine business requirements, analyze ServiceMAX (SMAX) issues, drive process improvements, and support testing and deployments.

You will collaborate with Technical Services, IT and business stakeholders to enhance processes, including implementing a Services Opportunity management process in SMAX/SFDC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceMAX (SMAX), Salesforce (SFDC), and SAP.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, define and refine business requirements for IT initiatives, focusing on SMAX.
• Translate business needs into system and process solutions with IT stakeholders.
• Investigate and support resolution of SMAX-related issues.
• Identify and drive process improvements across SMAX, Salesforce and SAP.
• Support solution design, UAT planning and deployment activities.
• Lead the Services Opportunity process definition and implementation within SMAX/SFDC.
• Create and maintain business process docs, user stories, specs and test scenarios.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for process improvements.
