Sii Poland invites seasoned Business Analysts to join a community of experts. You will gather and analyze business requirements, define functional and non-functional specifications, and collaborate with IT teams to recommend effective solutions.

You'll model processes using UML/BPMN, work in SCRUM environments, and use Confluence and JIRA. Strong English and Polish are required. The role offers access to internal trainings and a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of UML and BPMN notation, SQL, and modeling tools.
• Experience working with SCRUM methodology.
• Proficiency in Confluence and JIRA and experience using collaborative work tools.
• Knowledge of manual application testing: creating scenarios and test cases, executing tests, logging and handling errors.
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish.

• Gathering, agreeing, and analyzing business requirements and developing solution recommendations
• Defining non-functional system requirements based on business requirements analysis and collaboration with IT departments
• Cooperation with internal experts and managers to design optimal solutions
