Job summary

Sii Poland is welcoming a skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team in Poland. You will collaborate with business partners to capture needs and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and technical specs across diverse projects.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team including developers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners, ensuring high-quality documentation and active participation in UAT tests. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in IT.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Scrum, BPMN and UML notation; JIRA and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Cooperating with business partners to understand their needs.
• Creating user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, diagrams.
• Translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Creating project documentation.
• Supporting UAT tests.
• Cooperating with a team of programmers, testers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
