Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking an Investor Services Administrator to support fund administration in Kraków, handling investor transactions, AML checks, and client communications within the Investor Services team.

You will develop knowledge on allocations and performance calculations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to projects while meeting SLA targets. A bachelor’s degree with 1 year in finance, strong Excel and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 1 year of experience in finance.
• Fluent English (B2)
• Good Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Receive and process investor transaction documents per fund documentation requirements.
• Maintain capital activity reports and distribute to clients periodically.
• Complete AML requirements for all investor transactions.
• Provide money movement notifications and prepare wire instructions.
• Serve as daily client contact for investor servicing and maintain client relationships.
• Meet SLA deadlines while following procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training under supervision.
• Develop knowledge on allocations and performance calculations.
• Work on projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Demonstrate team player qualities within the investor services team.
