Job summary

HedgeServ, a global hedge fund administrator, seeks a Fund Accounting Assistant Vice President in Kraków to oversee NAV calculations and client delivery. You will lead a team of up to 20 professionals and ensure accurate reporting under established controls.

In this role you’ll develop NAV workflows, supervise audits and collaborate with senior leaders to drive process improvements while supporting client relationships across the HedgeServ platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• 9 years' hedge fund administration experience with at least 3 in a managerial role.
• Intention to actively pursue a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA).
• IT literate with strong systems and process knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of up to 20 employees servicing fund clients.
• Oversee NAV calculation processes and ensure timely deliveries.
• Develop and improve NAV workflows and related controls.
• Manage client relationships with VP level stakeholders.
• Support audit processes and fund financial statement preparation.
