Job summary

HedgeServ Ltd in Poland is looking for an Investor Services Manager to effectively manage the Investor Services process under the guidance of senior staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working within Hedge Fund Administration and will play a key role in handling investor transactions and ensuring high compliance standards.

The position includes a range of responsibilities, such as overseeing recruitment, addressing complex documentation issues, and maintaining robust client relationships. Various work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or office-based) are available, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience at Supervisor level in Hedge Fund Administration for at least 3 years.
• Ability to work effectively in a team structure and individually.
• Strong systems, product, and process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Address investor transaction enquiries.
• Review and approve wire transfer payments.
• Maintain effective working relationships with NAV and Compliance departments.
• Oversee investor services recruitment and training processes.
