Job summary

HedgeServ (Poland) Llc Spółka Z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością Oddział W Polsce seeks an Analyst in Investor Services to process investor transactions, maintain capital activity reports, and ensure AML compliance. You will collaborate with clients, manage wire instructions, and support senior staff in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in finance/business, have 1 year in finance, fluent English (B2), strong Excel skills, and keen analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Finance.
• Fluent English skills (minimum B2).
• Good Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work in team or independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process investor transaction documents in accordance with fund documentation requirements.
• Maintain capital activity report and distribute to clients periodically.
• Complete and maintain AML requirements for all investor transactions.
• Provide money movement notification to clients and prepare wire instructions.
• Serve as daily client operational contact for investor servicing.
• Demonstrate organizational skills to meet SLA deadlines and procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training under supervision.
• Develop knowledge on allocations and performance calculations.
• Work on projects/ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Demonstrate team player qualities within the investor services team.
