Job summary

Allegro in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Specialist to own the IR calendar, drive end-to-end management of the IR CRM, and take full ownership of the core sections for quarterly and annual reporting.

You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and Legal to gather metrics, monitor consensus data and sell-side notes, oversee the IR website with vendors, and handle investor/analyst inquiries with data-driven, timely responses.

Qualifications

• Experience managing investor relations calendars and calendars of key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive CRM data integrity and reporting deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments to collect metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the IR engagement calendar and schedule investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls.
• Manage the IR CRM, investor databases, and contact lists with accurate logs.
• Prepare core sections of quarterly, half-year, and annual IR reporting deliverables.
