Job summary

Allegro is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Relations in Warsaw to lead a cross-functional team spanning PR, public affairs, regulatory affairs, corporate & internal communications and CSR. Reporting to the CEO, you will align internal culture with external reputation across markets.

You will drive corporate and product communications, shape public policy, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee CSR initiatives to advance Allegro's strategic interests across Central/Eastern Europe

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across PR, corporate communications, public affairs and government relations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end corporate and product communications across merchant- and client-facing touchpoints.
• Oversee PR campaigns for major launches and market expansion.
• Lead regulatory affairs and advocacy at national and EU levels.
• Build relationships with lawmakers, regulators, and industry coalitions.
• Guide CSR, CSR platforms and internal communications to align culture and external brand.
