Allegro Ltd. seeks a Senior Director of Corporate Relations to partner with the Executive Team in aligning internal culture, employee experience and external reputation across markets.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary group spanning PR, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Internal Communications and CSR, reporting to the CEO and shaping policy, brand integrity and stakeholder engagement at scale. Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in PR, corporate communications, or government relations.
• Executive experience in managing regional communications and market expansion in Central/Eastern Europe or broader EU markets.
• Proven success in leading impactful public policy initiatives and shaping regulatory outcomes at national or EU level.
• Strong track record of aligning internal employee narratives with external PR and ESG/CSR strategies.
• High level of executive courage to challenge internal inconsistencies and advocate for brand integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end strategy for corporate and product PR across merchant and client touchpoints.
• Oversee storytelling and media campaigns for major launches and market expansion.
• Partner with Investor Relations on deal communications, corporate transactions, new ventures.
• Design and execute advocacy and public policy strategies at national and EU levels to champion a fair, competitive environment.
• Build high-level relationships with lawmakers, regulators, and industry coalitions.
• Lead data-driven policy positions and proactive regulatory submissions.
• Align cross-functional teams to mitigate regulatory risks and capitalize on opportunities across markets.
• Draft legislative amendments and regulatory redlines with the legal team during consultations.
• Oversee CSR programs focused on digital competence and entrepreneurship education.
• Provide strategic oversight for Allegro Foundation and the Allegro Charytatywni platform.
• Drive social responsibility programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure coherence between internal culture, policies and external PR/CSR initiatives.
• Bridge the say-do gap with HR, Legal and Operations.
• Translate business goals into actionable internal communication strategies.
• Design and host engagement platforms including town halls and leadership messaging.
• Modernize intranet, newsletters and digital signage to improve reach and efficiency.
