You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning Public Relations, Public Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate & Internal Communication and CSR.

The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Key responsibilities
1. Corporate & Product Communications

Drive end-to-end strategy for corporate and product PR, ensuring narrative coherence across all merchant- and client-facing touchpoints.

Oversee storytelling and media campaigns supporting major commercial festivals, product or services launches (such as the Allegro AI Assistant), and market expansion efforts.

Partner with Investor Relations on deal communications, corporate transactions, new ventures.

2. Public & Regulatory Affairs

Proactively design and execute dynamic advocacy and public policy strategies at both national and EU levels to champion a fair, competitive, and sustainable e-commerce environment (including level playing field initiatives around cross-border trade and customs frameworks).

Serve as a key strategic representative for the Group, rapidly building and nurturing high-level relationships with lawmakers, government officials, regulators, and industry coalitions to safeguard and advocate for the company's long-term commercial interests.

Lead the development of data-driven policy positions and proactive regulatory submissions, actively contributing to public consultation processes and shaping key digital policy debates (e.g., DSA, AI Act, and digital trade governance).

Translate overall business goals into actionable internal communication strategies that strengthen corporate culture and organizational alignment.

Design and host key engagement platforms, including company-wide updates, town halls, and leadership messaging.

Inspire the team to modernize, standardize, and scale internal channels (intranet, newsletters, digital signage) to improve efficiency, user experience, and message reach.
