Allegro in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Strategic Portfolio Manager to partner with BU Owners in Delivery Experience, overseeing reporting cycles and ensuring a single source of truth with transparency for senior leadership.

You will interpret data to explain the why behind project status and risks, identify bottlenecks, reprioritize initiatives, and lead the internal Tech Sync to align commercial priorities with technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing portfolios and programs at senior levels.
• Ability to translate data into clear executive insights.
• Strong alignment of business and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to BU Owners within Delivery Experience.
• Maintain real-time portfolio context and explain risks to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks, ROI gaps, and reprioritize work.
• Communicate status and actions to Directors with clear business impact.
• Develop automated tracking tools and dashboards to reduce manual work.
