Job summary

Allegro Ltd. is seeking a Senior Portfolio Manager in Warsaw to act as a strategic partner for BU Owners within the Delivery Experience area. You will own reporting cycles, provide roadmap transparency, and explain project status with data-driven insights for senior leadership.

You will lead the Tech Sync and align commercial priorities with technical and operational parameters, while driving proactive risk management and resource reallocation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategic portfolio management in logistics/transport.
• Ability to align business and technical roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of risk management and reprioritization.
• Strong executive communication with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to BU Owners in Delivery Experience; oversee reporting and roadmaps.
• Maintain real-time portfolio context and explain why behind status and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and delivery risks; reprioritize accordingly.
• Translate portfolio data into clear, fact-based insights for directors.
• Lead Tech Sync to align commercial priorities with technical/operational params.
