Allegro in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Investor Relations Specialist to own the IR calendar, drive end-to-end management of the IR CRM, and take full ownership of the core sections for quarterly and annual reporting.

You will coordinate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and Legal to gather metrics, monitor consensus data and sell-side notes, oversee the IR website with vendors, and handle investor/analyst inquiries with data-driven, timely responses.

• Experience managing investor relations calendars and calendars of key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive CRM data integrity and reporting deliverables.
• Experience coordinating with multiple internal departments to collect metrics.

We are preparing to open a new position for a Senior Investor Relations Specialist within our Finance Team This individual contributor role focuses on independently managing the IR engagement calendar, overseeing our IR CRM, and taking full ownership of core sections for quarterly and annual reporting deliverables.

• Calendar & Engagement Ownership: Independently manage and optimize the IR engagement calendar; prioritize incoming investor/analyst requests, flag high-priority queries, and proactively coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls.
• IR Systems & CRM Management: Drive the end-to-end management of the IR CRM, investor databases, and contact lists; track all interaction logs and ensure rigorous data accuracy to support targeting and reporting.
• Reporting & Content Preparation: Take full ownership of preparing designated core sections of quarterly, half-year, and annual IR reporting deliverables (e.g., earnings presentations, factbooks, Q&A documents).
• Data Collection & Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary IR liaison for internal departments (Finance, Operations, Commercial, Legal) to gather, verify, and consolidate key operational and financial metrics.
• Consensus & Sell-Side Monitoring: Systematically collect, maintain, and analyze consensus data (GMV, revenues, adj. EBITDA), track analyst targets/recommendations, and summarize key takeaways from sell-side equity research.
• Website & Digital Presence: Oversee and manage content updates for the IR website in close collaboration with external vendors and web agencies.
• Operational Execution: Manage vendor relations, external service providers (e.g., webcast providers, translators, data platforms), and administrative workflows to ensure smooth IR operations.
• Answering Investor & Analyst Queries: Draft initial responses for post-earnings follow-up questions and routine analyst requests, leveraging internal financial data.
