Job summary

Allegro Ltd. in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Project Specialist for Partner Programs to autonomously manage assigned projects, ensure scope, timelines, and quality, and collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to drive international expansion.

You will gather requirements, map processes, maintain documentation, manage risks, and support compliance initiatives while helping partners perform across CE-3 markets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1+) and Polish (native).
• Experience in project/program/operations or process coordination with demonstrated ownership.
• Knowledge of cross-border operations or compliance is a plus.
• Able to coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage and deliver assigned projects with scope, timelines and quality.
• Manage stakeholders and gather requirements from internal groups to align business needs.
• Contribute to project planning and execution with defined activities and dependencies.
• Drive operational implementation and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Support Partner Compliance initiatives and maintain related processes.
• Proactively manage risks and roadblocks and escalate when needed.
• Document and maintain project materials, roadmaps, and meeting notes to ensure accuracy.
• Develop reporting frameworks and translate data into actionable insights.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates to improve team workflows.
