Allegro is seeking a strategic leader to shape our Fintech team's growth in Warsaw. You will define strategy, manage business models, drive partnerships, and oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives across stakeholders.

You will collaborate across teams, translate ideas into action, and help the organization scale with data-driven decision making, while enjoying a hybrid work model and a range of benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of strategy/program management experience in consulting or corporate strategy.
• Proven ability to turn strategy into action from idea to result.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• Ambiguity-tolerant, structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills to derive insights.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage priorities and teams.

Aufgaben

• Define strategy and business development plans across business models while adapting to market shifts, competitor developments, internal constraints, and regulatory changes.
• Establish deals and partnerships by driving strategic collaborations, including RFPs and commercial partnerships with key industry players to enable effective strategy execution.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering seamless communication across stakeholders.
• Act as a catalyst for growth by proactively anticipating key initiatives and mobilizing teams to meet mid-to-long-term objectives.
• Support knowledge and capability building within the Fintech organization.
• Prepare efficient initiative communication for the SLT and Executive Team levels.
