Job summary

Android.com.pl Group is seeking a Microsoft Intune Support Engineer to provide first-line endpoint management support for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. The role is based in Kraków and focuses on enforceable enrollment, policies, and deployments.

Qualifications

Provide L1 support for Microsoft Intune-related incidents.
Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment issues.
Support Company Portal and user access requests.
Handle basic endpoint administration across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams.
Maintain case documentation and meet SLA requirements.
