Job summary

Android.com.pl Group is seeking a Microsoft Intune Support Engineer to provide first-line endpoint management support for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. The role is based in Kraków and focuses on enforceable enrollment, policies, and deployments.

• Provide L1 support for Microsoft Intune-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment issues.
• Support Company Portal and user access requests.
• Handle basic endpoint administration across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Escalate complex cases to L2/L3 teams.
• Maintain case documentation and meet SLA requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration
• Experience with device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles
• Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and application deployment
• Basic knowledge of Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 administration
• Familiarity with Windows Copilot
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Good English skills
