Webfleet is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our Accounts Payable Team in Warsaw. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to invoice verification, issue resolution, and collaboration with AP staff.

You’ll gain a strong foundation in finance and data accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and structured, service‑oriented work style.
• Genuine interest in finance and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the AP team and supporting ad hoc AP tasks.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounts Payable Team for a (minimum) 6-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to start your professional career in finance, gain your first experience, and hopefully stay with us for the long term! The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, strong attention to details and genuine interest in working in Finance!

Here’s a little taste of your challenge:

• Verifying data on incoming invoices
• Resolving issues and responding to inquiries from vendors and employees.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supporting various ad hoc AP tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Who are you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, service‑oriented manner.
• Genuine interest in working in finance.
• Experience in a customer‑or vendor‑facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in Polish (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP and Readsoft systems will be a strong asset.
