Job summary

Bridgestone in Poznań is seeking a student intern to support the Fleet Administration team. The role requires at least 30 hours per week for six months, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Purpose

We are looking for a student available to work at least 30 hours per week for a 6-month internship. As an Intern, you will support the Fleet Administration team in daily operational activities. You will help maintain data accuracy, support administrative processes, work with Salesforce and other business systems, and contribute to the smooth operation of fleet-related activities across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the team in daily administrative and operational activities
• Working with Salesforce and other business systems to maintain and update data
• Maintaining accurate customer, supplier, and operational data
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation

Qualifications & Experience Required

Education, Master, other certification:

• Active student status

Technical Skills:

• Interest in working with business systems and digital tools
• Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly
• Previous exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or similar tools will be considered an advantage

Languages Skills:

• English at a minimum B2 level
• Italian at a minimum B1 level

Soft/Behavioral Skills:

• Availability minimum 30 hours per week
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
