Job summary

Webfleet, Bridgestone’s fleet management solution, is seeking an Accounting Intern to join the Accounts Payable Team in Warsaw for a minimum 6-month internship. The role offers hands-on work with invoice data, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a Finance/Accounting degree, with strong attention to detail, genuine interest in finance, and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, service-oriented manner.
• Genuine interest in working in finance.
• Experience in a customer- or vendor-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal) and Polish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Verifying data on incoming invoices.
• Resolving issues and responding to inquiries from vendors and employees.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and supporting various ad hoc AP tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Who are you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience in a customer- or vendor-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in Polish (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP and Readsoft systems will be a strong asset.
