Job summary

Webfleet is seeking an Accounting Intern to join the Accounts Payable Team for a minimum 6-month internship in Warsaw. The role offers a chance to start a professional career in finance, gain experience, and potentially stay long term.

Primary tasks include verifying invoice data, resolving issues, and assisting with AP tasks under supervision. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has completed a Finance and Accounting degree, thrives on detail, and is fluent in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, service-oriented manner.
• Genuine interest in working in finance.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounts Payable Team for a (minimum) 6-month internship

Who are you:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance and Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, service-oriented manner.
• Genuine interest in working in finance.
• Experience in a customer- or vendor-facing role will be considered an advantage.
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
• Fluency in Polish (written and verbal).
• Experience with SAP and Readsoft systems will be a strong asset.
