Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will help users resolve issues across applications, systems, and hardware, and provide remote support in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires 2+ years of IT support experience, proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune, and a willingness to work in a three-shift schedule including nights and weekends. You’ll thrive on solving problems and developing IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT support experience incl. internships.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Office 365, and directory services.
• Willingness to work three shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• IT user support resolving issues related to apps, systems, and hardware.
• Remote support for users on applications, OS, and devices.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).
