Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in an international environment. You will assist users with technical issues across applications, systems, and hardware, and support Office 365 and device management.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, strong Windows OS and AD/Entra ID knowledge, and willingness to work in a three-shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Polish required, English and German at B2 level preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, AD/Entra ID and Intune.
• Understanding of computer hardware and configurations.
• Polish language fluent; residing in Poland required.
• Good English; German at B2 level preferred.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system incl. nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and practical training
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
