Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join an international environment. You will assist users with issues related to applications, systems, and hardware, and provide remote support for OS and applications. The role requires managing Active Directory/Entra ID accounts and handling Office 365 tasks.

The position operates in a three-shift system including nights, weekends, and holidays. It offers opportunities to develop IT skills and improve language abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Experience with Windows OS and Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and Intune
• Knowledge of computer hardware and basic configuration
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system including nights/weekends/holidays
• Polish language fluent and residing in Poland
• Advanced English and German (B2) or higher

Your tasks

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and practical training
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
