Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our international team in Poznań. You will assist users with issues across applications, systems, and hardware, and provide remote support.

The role includes Active Directory/Entra ID management, Office 365 support, and mobile device management with Intune and related tools. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in IT support, strong Windows/AD/Intune know-how, and fluency in Polish with advanced English and German.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience, including internships.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Good hardware knowledge and basic configuration elements.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Polish fluency and residing in Poland; advanced English and German (B2+).

Responsibilities

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and hardware.
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware.
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).
