Job summary

Sii Poland is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our international team. You will resolve technical issues related to applications, systems, and hardware, while supporting users remotely and on-site.

The role involves AD/Entra ID management, Office 365 support, and mobile device management using Intune, NinjaOne, and ManageEngine. You will work in a three-shift system, including nights and weekends, and you should be fluent in Polish with strong English (B2) and German (B2) skills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, including internships or training.
Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies.
Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
Excellent organizational skills and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including nights and weekends.
Fluent Polish; English and German at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

IT user support for applications, systems, and hardware issues.
Remote support for users on applications, OS, and hardware.
Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
Office 365 support and basic telephony system administration.
Support for mobile devices and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).
