D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced HR Manager to own day-to-day HR operations across our international locations. This hands-on role covers employee lifecycle management, compliance, and HR administration in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will handle onboarding through offboarding, employment contracts, amendments, and terminations, coordinate international payroll with external providers, and ensure accurate salaries, bonuses, and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in an operational HR role including payroll and compliance.
• Experience with multi-country HR operations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and process contracts, amendments, terminations per local laws.
• Coordinate international payroll with external providers and finance teams.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and benefits; ensure tax compliance.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
• Drive HR process standardization and automation across locations.
• Act as main HR contact for employees and managers across countries.
