Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and process employment contracts and terminations in line with local laws.
• Coordinate international payroll and liaise with external providers and finance.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries, benefits, and tax obligations across countries.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries.
• Drive HR process standardization and improvements across locations.
