You'll join our Local HR team in Bain's Global Business Services (GBS) office in Warsaw. Working closely with the team, you'll support day-to-day HR operations and gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

As an HR Intern, you'll support a range of activities across employee onboarding and offboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, benefits, documentation, and HR projects.
This is a paid internship for a minimum of six months, with the possibility to extend.
We work in a hybrid model, with two days per week in the Warsaw office. During your first three months, you'll be expected to work primarily on site. This initial period will give you the opportunity to learn the role, get to know the firm and our ways of working, and build strong connections with the team.
