Job summary

Bain & Company in Warsaw is offering a paid HR internship to support day-to-day HR operations and the employee lifecycle. You will work across onboarding, administration, engagement initiatives, and HR projects within a Local HR team.

This six-month minimum internship requires at least 30 hours per week, with two days in the Warsaw office. A proactive, detail-oriented student with Polish and English skills will thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university degree or currently studying.
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week.
• Strong written and spoken Polish and English skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and keen to develop HR experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and logistics.
• Assist day-to-day HR administration and reporting tools.
• Help maintain HR dashboards and trackers.
• Support employee events, wellbeing initiatives, and communications.
• Coordinate training sessions and HR-related meetings.
• Assist with benefits administration and enrolment processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and guides.
