Valeo is expanding its Development Center in Poland and seeks a Process/Manufacturing Engineering PTM. You will join a global tech automotive supplier focusing on injection molding processes, tooling development, and mold validation. Qualifications

• Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Plastics Processing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in engineering, injection molding processes, or tooling development.
• Professional experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in development, design, and implementation of injection molds.
• Practical knowledge of plastic injection molding technology, including start-up, setup, tuning, and optimization.
• Knowledge of designing and manufacturing injection molds.
• Fluent English in spoken and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independence, proactivity, and strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and validate the design of plastics injection components for tooling manufacturability.
• Analyze rheology simulations to orient design optimization; follow Valeo standard components and molds guidelines.
• Define SVRF for molds suppliers sourcing with Tooling Buyer and Mechanical Design Leader.
• Analyze OT1 part and coordinate corrective actions with supplier until completion.
• Ensure mold tooling validation (design validation, top milling, reception).
• Set up mold tooling after arrival and tune injection parameters to meet process objectives and pass audits.
• Respect project milestones and deliverables related to plastic injection.
• Capitalize and standardize best practices and contribute to improvement plans.
• Report status, performance, and proposed actions to management.
