Job summary

Inteva Products - Opole Operations is seeking a skilled Project Manager to coordinate the development of assembled automotive components from prototype to mass production.

You will evaluate internal specifications, monitor progress, manage changes, and collaborate with Quality, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Production and Product Development Center. Fluency in English (B2) is required; German is a plus. A valid B license and travel to nearby Czech/German sites may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and/or component development.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (required); German is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments within the group.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to quality and timeliness.
• Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel occasionally to the Czech Republic/Germany.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from prototype to mass production.
• Evaluate internal project specifications.
• Monitor and control progress, including risk management and changes.
• Manage project requirements and changes.
• Analyze results with the project team.
• Prepare reports and documents, and presentations for internal and HQ reporting.
