Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Initiate and implement modern technological solutions in line with industry best practices.
- Collect, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality control teams to achieve optimal results.
- Identify and resolve technological issues, supporting teams in implementing corrective and optimization actions.
- Participate in development and innovation projects related to engineering and manufacturing.
- Evaluate production process constraints and lead initiatives aimed at improving productivity and product quality.
- Analyze root causes of failures and support teams in developing and implementing corrective actions.
- Create and update technical documentation, as well as report on project outcomes and analysis results.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on machine operation and new technologies.
Requirements
- University degree (preferred fields: Production Management and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Process Robotics).
- Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the injection molding process, including process parameter setting, independent machine adjustments, and process optimization.
- Experience in injection molding process validation (e.g., new materials, new molds, new products).
- Ability to create validation documentation in English.
- Knowledge of process and product qualification methods, with experience in validating new processes.
- Very good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of operating robots such as Kuka, Sepro, Engel, and Wittmann.
