Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development roles.
• Engineering background or equivalent knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Poland and Baltics.
• Familiarity with industrial markets and customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new opportunities for assigned products and solutions independently and with account managers.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers to understand needs and opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations showing how Emerson solutions address challenges and goals.
• Conduct product demonstrations, evaluations, testing, and solution validation.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from engagement to order placement.
• Collaborate with account managers on strategic growth plans and adoption of Emerson offerings.
• Monitor market trends and gather customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
