Qualifications

• Proven success in industrial B2B sales.
• Experience selling technical products, systems, or service solutions.
• Strong consultative and solution-selling approach.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation expertise.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Engineering, Business, or related degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial markets.
• Build strategic account plans and grow long-term customer partnerships.
• Lead consultative sales engagements focused on customer outcomes.
• Expand service and aftermarket revenue through maintenance, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle support solutions.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, including long-term service and framework contracts.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
